Choose a kind and healthy way of life

I’m here to encourage people to choose vegan food or at least to eat vegan as often as possible and show the way how delicious vegan food can be. I’m here to share love for animals and for tasty food.

I’m a typical Gemini and it’s often difficult for me to decide on one choice so I love to combine flavours and textures. I like when a lot is happening on my plate but also when the individual flavours are distinct.

I quickly flew out of the family nest and this is how my adventure with cooking began. Firstly Polish cuisine but because my curiosity knows no limits, I tried every cuisine that I had the opportunity to experience on my journeys. Travel opened up the world to me, at least from the culinary side. I was absorbent and curious about everything, to this day I love finding new ideas and I’m happy to integrate beautiful and interesting flavours with a plant based diet and to be able to combine all my experiences onto your plate.

By choosing a healthy lifestyle, meat and dairy free I helped myself without the help of conventional medicine to recover from a serious illness. You can read more about it soon on my blog.
