My cakes are not only for vegans, they also make a great choice for people with lactose and gluten intolerance. They are gluten free, sugar free, mostly raw or with toasted nuts, with all natural ingredients, packed with nuts and fruits. I don’t use refined sugar, only small amounts of coconut sugar or Maple syrup as sweetener which gives this nice flavour of caramel.
